These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&C") govern all purchases made on the Katoads platform, including subscription plans and one-time credit pack purchases. They apply to all Users, whether consumers or business customers. By completing a purchase, you agree to these T&C in addition to our general Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, these T&C prevail for matters relating to the sale of services.
Katoads offers the following digital services:
Orders are placed through our platform. After selecting a plan or credit pack, you will be redirected to our secure payment processor (Stripe) to complete the transaction. The sale is finalized once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. The service is activated immediately upon successful payment.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. For subscriptions, your card will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe — Katoads does not store card details. Failed payments may result in service suspension until the payment issue is resolved.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By using credits after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal for credits already consumed. For unused credits, EU consumers may exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal by contacting contact@katoads.com.
As a digital service, delivery occurs instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Credits are added to your account immediately and are available for use without delay. The Service is accessible 24/7 via your web browser, subject to our Service Availability terms.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. For one-time credit packs, refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Refund requests should be directed to contact@katoads.com. In cases of technical failure attributable to Katoads that prevents use of purchased credits, we will either restore the credits or issue a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
Katoads is subject to an obligation of means, not an obligation of result, regarding the quality and suitability of AI-generated content. We shall not be liable for commercial losses resulting from the use or inability to use generated creatives. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, in accordance with applicable law.
Katoads shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, failures of third-party AI service providers (Google, fal.ai), cyberattacks, or pandemics. Performance obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
These T&C are governed by French law. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, you may resort to consumer mediation free of charge. The designated consumer mediator will be indicated on our website. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules for EU consumers.
